SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY

All items are non-refundable. 

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders will receive a tracking number. 

Note: Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned to sender or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer.

All claims must be filed directly through Australia Post to locate lost or stolen packages. Their contact number is 13 76 78.

 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once order is placed.
