Suggested Use

This stress relief blend essential oil can be applied throughout the day when you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated or are simply seeking a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful day. Apply before meditation and yoga to unwind and support relaxation.

For external use only. Roll on temples, under the nose, the back of the neck, wrist, chest, or the soles of the feet. Apply as often as needed. Our essential oil blends are prepared, packaged and shipped in Australia using ethically sourced ingredients. They are GMO free, toxin free and cruelty free.

Storage: Store below 30°C and away from heat & light. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs discontinue use. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.  Avoid contact with eyes. Seek medical attention if contact occurs. Stores for 2 years if kept in a cool, dry place.
