Our tinctures are created using a double-extraction process, which uses both alcohol and spring water to draw out the full spectrum of beneficial compounds from herbs. Some of these compounds are more soluble in water, while others are more soluble in alcohol. By using both solvents, we ensure that all accessible beneficial components are extracted from the herbs. This double extraction also enables our tinctures to remain potent and stable for an extended shelf life.

Suggested Use

Shake before use. Take one full squeeze of the dropper bulb up to 3-4 times daily to quiet down the nervous system, ease anxiety, PMS or menopausal symptoms. It is recommended to add the dose to a glass of water, juice or tea.

Storage: Store below 30°C and away from heat & light. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs discontinue use. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Avoid contact with eyes. Seek medical attention if contact occurs. Avoid contact with skin. Contact with the skin can cause rashes and increased sensitivity to the sun. Do not use if you experience menorrhagia or hypothyroidism. DO NOT use this product if you are pregnant, have a history of miscarriage or are taking any heart medication, such as beta-blockers, or have low blood pressure. Always read the label. Use only as directed. Consult your healthcare practitioner before self-administering herbs, particularly if you are taking any medication or have any health concerns/allergies, heart conditions, uterine bleeding or pregnant/breast feeding, or if menstrual flow is too heavy. Stop using Nature's Spirit at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery (Motherwort can sedate the Central Nervous System, which when combined with anaesthesia, may cause too much sedation) Stores for up to 2 years if kept in a cool, dry place.
